You are now a hypnotist with a professional hypnosis practice. Tier Three training is exclusively for the hypnosis practitioner who wants complete financial security built on a thriving hypnosis practice. This is an ongoing coaching program that will focus you on your business. Your success coaching process consists of three phases.
Phase 1 – Establishing where you are and listing resources and assets. This will be your personal inventory of (S.W.O.T.) Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. You cannot build a path to success if you don’t know where you are or what direction to go. Phase 1 is all about collecting information about where you are now. This will set your starting position so you’ll be able to measure progress.
Phase 2 – Goal Setting. With your starting point established you can now get into motion. You can now accurately measure progress and set appropriate goals that fit the S.M.A.R.T. requirement (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-based).
Phase 3 – Ongoing Assessment and Planning. The ultimate goal of Phase 3 is to turn everything you do into a system. With all the needed systems in place you can begin to train others to do what you do. The ultimate conclusion is to have a hypnosis business that will run in your absence and continue to generate profit.
